Good communication by phone and email and able to explain the benefits and drawbacks of various options. Called him for locks but ended up having him replace a couple of panes in my double glazing. Mark was recommended to me by a neighbour after we moved into a property where one of the external doors was locked solid. Mark came out and got the door opened and left us able to use it while he ordered a replacement mechanism which he installed today. Throughout, his communication has been excellent as has his workmanship and his charges were very good. I would certainly use Mark's services again and would be happy recommending him to others.
